The quality and portions were great. It’s nice to have an Osmows that’s walking distance from the office for when the cravings hit! Would definitely come back.

New location. Perfect place to grab a quick bite. Staff is always friendly serving the best quick eats in Toronto.

Horrible customer service. I’m a frequent visitor of this location but after this experience I will not return to this specific location. It was the first time where I had to argue with the cashier or manager to get the order fulfilled. There was most likely a bug in the ritual app that caused this miscommunication but I think it is highly unacceptable for a business to treat their customer in this manner. Instead of offering to make the actual item that was ordered the woman suggested to just take whatever was leftover from another customer order and make that instead of the actual item that was ordered. I cannot see how something that cost them probably $2 dollars to make that they’re willing to lose a lifetime customer that will bring them in more money than the actual raw materials alone to make it. Highly disappointed at this location in how they treat their customers and won’t be returning any time soon.

This is the best chicken shawarma I've ever had. Tatzki & green olives & pickles!? I'm in love

I ordered COTR and there was probably half as much sauce on the top. It was different but still really good. Staff was good too.
