I bought a combo deal and the food was great. Everything was nice and clean, there were a lot of food options, all halal. I recommend to my friends and now will be going there often.

I bought a Stromboli and bit into it and it was ice cold in the middle and luke warm on the outside. The staff very nicely offered to reheat it. When I bit into it the second time, it was nicely hot on the outside but still cold in the middle. They offered to reheat it a third time, but I was short on time and couldn’t wait. I asked for a refund and the owner told me they can’t do refunds as all refunds have to come from head office. He began ranting and yelling and drawing a crowd. It was to the point where people in the food court took out phones and were filming him. So I ended up leaving without any food or my money back. As it’s Sunday, I have to wait until tomorrow to call head office for my money back. Very sad about that. This was my first experience at Sbarro. Perhaps other locations are much better, but I wouldn’t try here again.

Sbarro was great as I was able to find some vegan options. I'm not sure if it was the manager or owner but the guy was very nice and was able to make me my own spinach pie without cheese. I came back after 15 minutes as he was busy and when I got there it was ready hot and fresh. Thank you

The store manager/cashier starting speaking with him in his own language even though i did not acknowledge that, also I specified the food is to be eaten there and not to go, gave me the pizza slice on a paper plate whereas everyone else was given tray n glass plate! He was rude and got mad when i asked to give me the tray n proper plate

The worst customer service I have ever seen! So i got 3 combos which turned out to be $39 so I decided to take a combo out and I choose to take out the spaghetti but the clerk said they can’t take it out because no one would buy and and I told them to throw it out and compost it. I’m the end we got something we didn’t need and a bunch of food that was way too overpriced!
