If I could give this place a zero I would - Here are some pictures taken today - notice the pile of poop circled in the exterior photo. It has been sitting there for at least two weeks. There is a fresh one on the mat as you enter the restaurant. The last picture shows how they handle their garbage behind the restaurant. The service is lousy. The staff and the owners are ignorant and rude and the food is unhealthy!!!! If the place looks like this on the outside (and they are ok with it) what does that kitchen look like that is preparing your food?

Amazing fried chicken. My only gripe is fries not coming in a combo. Has to be bought separately

**Terrible service/ customer service** Made an order on just eat and it arrived 4 hours later. The employees at this location have been terrible. Lying to me to avoid their own problem. Was told it took 4 hours for their driver to go back to the store and get a phone because his phone broke. Middle of the winter, my food was ice cold once i opened the bag. Complete garbage. It all starts with the 1st person not being able to own up to their mistake. Ive called many times over the last month to to get hold of a manager, but they seem to be very evasive and never in store. (Probabaly also a lie). This location seems to be okay with disappointing their customers because I'm sure I'm not the first one to be mistreated. Due to the nature of this problem and the terrible service from disrespectful employees, my next step is to call head office. But only because of this unnecessary tassel thst could have been resolved a month ago if the right people had the right training.
