This is the best Harvey's I've ever eaten at! Fast efficient service with friendly staff and a great eating experience. The best part of it is they use fries from Swiss Chalet so it's so much better! So glad I go by this area often so I could enjoy a great meal whenever I want.

1. Extremely DIRTY. I wanted to just walk out the moment we got in when we saw how dirty it was but we were too hungry. One quick photo near the entrance and this was still there after an employee "cleaned" the place after another customer complained in front of me about the dirtiness. 2. Chicken strips for kids were like a rock. I think I could have broken a window with those chicken strips. It seemed that our daughter was eating a bone instead of a chicken strip; we had to give her our sandwich. They got a little confused with the order but nothing major and a little slow in taking an order. NO GO from me.

Quick despite me using a birthday coupon and stupidly not telling the girl which option I wanted (she telepathically guessed correctly though). They used gloves and tongs and washed their hands while I was watching. The seating area was clean and my burger hot.

Burnt fries in my poutine, as in EVERY fry. Singed/over cooked . had to return it which is embarrassing, but they were not close to edible. The guy working cash was super nice, the girls working food, not so much. I doubt I’ll return to this location again, as this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here. I’ll eat pretty much anything, really takes a lot to make me complain.
