Good restaurant! Little more money than the regular one! Also little better food! Little less MSG!

I'm a local. And I regular this place because of that homey feels I get by the time I reach to the bottom of that warm bowl of soup noodle. This is my go to place when I cannot decide what appetite I have because the fresh soup base is full of fresh tomatoes and herbs that get the juices flowing. And their chili oil is delightful in combination. On the coldest days, I always leave with warm hands and feet.

Our default lunch spot when driving to Scarborough, sometimes it's our reason to plan our weekend shopping around Scarborough. The noodle here keeps us from coming back. The house style beef/lamb brisket is our favorite, however the taste is quiet strong (savoury and sour, the pickled bamboo shoot is what makes the noodle unique, but might not be for everyone) I prefer vermicelli while my husband always has the house style with flat glass noodle. For a more refreshing taste, give guilin style lo vermicelli a try. The service is great here. Occasionally the flat glass noodle can be over cooked, but it doesn't stop us from coming back.
