The lady behind the counter was welcoming and patient. The food was delicious as well. Now have it on my radar as a solid place to get Jamaican food whenever I'm in that part of Scarborough.

Ordered a lunch special, BBQ chicken with rice, peas and coleslaw and a passionfruit drink. Great value for your money and the meal tasted great. Would recommend Mainsha to others.

I've eaten at many Jamaican jerk restaurants, and I think this one is by far the best. If you do stop by, order the oxtail with rice & peas, it is absolutely delicious and you'll not regret it.

I ordered the large oxtail. Not a fan of the gravy provided. Mostly all bone in my meal. The mixed vegetables provided, also tasted like they had been sitting there all day. I gave 2 stars because she was very pleasant and the portion size is quite big. I prefer "Chris jerk" just down the road
