Great location and ample parking. But... It took almost 10 minutes for the staff to tell us that they had run out of ham and orange-flavored soft drinks. Food tasted fine, but the strong odour of cleaning agents coming out of the washrooms ruined my appetite. Don't take the tables near the washrooms.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL SERVICE. I came to this inferior Pizza Hut location with the hopes of an enjoyable culinary experience only to be baffled by the lack of communication and courtesy from the staff. I was at the carry out counter watching two employees across from me not even acknowledge me. I waited politely for 15 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that thinking that they were backed up in the kitchen, it happens. However when I called THEM for attention they didn't even bother to stop and said that "you'll just have to wait". Who says that? Not even ask me what I'm here for? I ordered three large pizzas to be ready for 5:24 and at this point it was 5:55! FINALLY when I call them again they say, "oh it's right here." So here we are, waiting all this extra time when the pizza was ready. Awful and rude service. 0/5 stars. Avoid like the plague. Avoid like STIs. Avoid avoid avoid.

I stopped going here a long time ago. But after looking for a good pizza hut today I wanted to review this one because of the consistently... horrible dining experience. What everyone say is right. They cheap out on the toppings, they are slow, they over cook everything, their sauce even usually comes out a different colour. When the better alternative to Pizza Hut is Pizza Pizza in the area... it's time for an intervention. There is absolutely no reason to go here. If you are visiting the location there are rwo more relatively close by in the area. Of the 20 odd locations I looked at their listings for review today, I was unsurprised this was rated consistently the lowest. I do not blame the staff. I blame the decision maker. No one seems happy to be there and there is a clear underlying problem with how the manager/owner/franchisee VALUES their clientelle-- and by that I mean not at all. There are better ways to ruin your evening for under $40.

Seeing this many negative reviews made me quite satisfied. The experience at this place just keeps deteriorating. Terrible service, mediocre food. I see no reason to revisit this place again. Sat at table for 15 minutes for water to come. Ordered pizza and came with wrong topping. Everything could go wrong at this place, and they will certainly go wrong. Definitely not going to recommend this place.

Good location, service and food. The parking is free. They have the $5. special at this time.
