One of my items was delivered in a bowl that had day-old noodle caked onto the side; I hadn’t ordered noodles—the bowl just wasn’t washed properly. Portion sizes were small. The funniest were the one-third filled hand rolls! Pathetic looking things. Ambience was nice. Service wasn’t bad if you’re fine with not a word or smile shared. The age dashi tofu included a generous topping of bonito but that’s not enough to lure me here again. Oh, the best for last: the sushi was actually warm!!—-I’ve had cold sushi, cool sushi, and room-temperature sushi but I’ve never had warm sushi. That was disturbing. Oh, sorry, one more. The soy sauce was “off”: it was either cheap or watered down. It won’t kill you (probably) to eat here, but I can’t recommend it to you.

HORRIBLE slow service, so-so sushi. If I can give it a 0 i would. The girl at the front seating people did not speak in English, ignored us as if we were not standing there and gave preference to others before us.

I wish it would have happened at the beginning of the meal. At least that way, I know the place isn't clean and could have left. Towards the end of our meal, a server refilled our tea pot and brought it back with something extra, a BUG. It was alive and moving. We called a server. He killed the bug with his fingers in front of us and took the pot away. We pay our bill and left. No apologize from anyone, instead the server cashing us out gave us some bad attitude. (P.s. she was in the known). Not returning.

This location must be violating some health codes or something because they reuse their plastic disposable spoons! They gave a spoon to us to use for their scallop appetizer and it had lipstick stains all over it. It was odd at first and we didn’t think much of it. Then when they gave us the plastic spoons for dessert, they smelled like fish! Disgusting! Some of these spoons fall on the floor and such, they are DISPOSABLE plastic spoons, not reusable. If you guys didn’t want to waste the spoons that badly and save on cost, buy reusable ones. You can even get them in alibaba or something. One of my family members Is friends with the owner of this place and I’m now embarrassed to recommend this restaurant. Never again! The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is great.

Great food! Service is a hit and miss depending on your server! English speaking employees are hard to come by! You will order your food and not get most of it! Love their garlic beef and golden shrimp! Cute little desserts
