The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The portions are good, food is prepared to perfection. You certainly get value for your money here. Refill on rice and drinks are also offered. I was taken by surprise by how spicy the food was: in a good way. The place is clean! All in all: I would hands down recommend this place to anyone.

This is the third time in a row I've come to Istar and the mango shakes taste like garlic. I've had the same issue with the other drinks such as their tea. It's not right that I constantly have to wait such a long time in a disorganized line only to spend money on garlic tasting drinks. Please Istar Restaurant clean your drink machines because this garlic taste in my drinks is absolutely unacceptable.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Food was delicious and a bit spicy but that's how we like it. Will be visiting this place again.

Walked in at 3:30 am with my wife and kid. It was nice and clean. You can smell the freshness as soon as you walk in. Enjoyed the food and costumer service. Good to know theres a Halal place open 24-7.

My favorite restaurant in the city both for price and quality. Love introducing friends and family to this place! Been coming here since they were just a little corner store, and always acts as "comfort food"
