I went to the drive thru at 1:15am today, and the drive thru operator was absolutely terrible. She was extremely rude, answering the intercom by saying "Ya, what do you want?" in a very angry voice. Then there was only 1 car ahead of me, and it took about 15 minutes before I was able to get to the window. So I asked what was taking so long, and she kissed her teeth and started yelling at me and then walked away. Wow. How does this person work in customer service? Get her to flip burgers or something! The person speaking to your customers should be pleasant FYI.

This place has changed! It used to be the worst McDonald's you could ever go to back now it's the role model. Even though the location is so small there's for self-service kiosks there's two registers and actually it is often possible to see them working at the same time which is nearly impossible in any other McDonald's in the city so kudos for that. It makes the service quick and efficient the staff is super nice and they know what they're doing. I don't know if there was a management change or something but the improvement is unbelievable. And 5 honeys with my cup of tea came free, no Hussle. Big thumbs up

Really busy. Takes awhile to get your order. But the staff there takes care of you. They try to make things run smooth. If you've been waiting too long, they rush your order. If all else fails, order from UberEats!

Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. No respect. Bad attitude. Always getting ur order mixed up or forgetting smtg. Waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and the guy at the window was the worst. When we complained how slow it was he didint say anything. And he forgot half of r order. This place needs to fire all the people and hire people who can actually do their job.

Worse service. Always soooo unexplainably slow and the employees always seem to be confused. I waited a good 15-20 for a small coffee with one person in line before me. Why? 👎🏼
