Order a chicken sandwich & the cashier didn't even wash her hands & wear a gloves before making my sandwich, this is not cleanliness, just plain nasty, I had to throw away my sandwich...........I will NEVER ever order a chicken sandwich at this location or any other location. Cleanliness should be your number priority when handling customers food. This one star should have been a no star but unfortunately it cannot post without a star.........the service was very dissatisfied.

This is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She (Shaista) was a totally professional in every way. Best of the best. Many thanks.

The 2 piece (dark meat) was awesome today. Along with rice and beans and An Iced Tea, this may possibly be the best under 10 dollar meal in the metro.

Chicken was meh.. portions don't really match the price you pay. Don't trust the fruitopia juice... It tastes like it was contaminated.

Sadly, I have to change my review :( I'm not sure if it's new management (pretty sure I saw a new manager there) or pressure from corporate, I don't know what exactly happened, but all I know is that they have completely shifted their focus from quality to quantity and speed. It's truly awful. My food arrives much faster than it used to, yes, but what good is faster arrival when the food is lukewarm, stale, boring? This is not the Popeyes I once knew. No, this is not the Popeyes that I once loved. This is a factory masquerading as a tasty restaurant. Not worth it anymore. I will leave my old review here to display what the place was like when someone or some group of awesome someone actually cared about quality: "This [was] the best Popeyes in the city! My food [was] always fresh and plentiful and amazing. I [used to not] even eat popeyes anymore if I [was] not in my neighbourhood cus I [knew] it [wouldn't] compare."
