I usually come here at least once or twice a month and the food is great. The service has not always been the best however I put that aside just because of the convenience of the location. But last time was really the last straw for me. I had ordered the smoked salmon roll (one of my favourite rolls) and bit into a decently large bone. After removing the bone from my mouth I also found something else that was hard. I told my server what I had found and even showed her the bone and unknown object (it looked like a rock). I told her I almost threw up and that I was disgusted. She then told me "that sometimes happens" and walked away... I can't see myself ever going back. Not only am I disgusted but the lack of apology and sincerity really put me off.

Unfortunately had a bad experience after going 3 times to this sushi. On Friday May 4, 2018 took a friend that was visiting Toronto at 9:20 ( they close at 11pm). We place our order at 9:40 and we were told last call for order was 10pm, after placing our frist order at 9:55 they came back to us telling their were no more salmon ( HALF OF OUR ORDER HAD SALMON). We were told we would get a discount because their were no salmon left, we agreed to it. After eating half of what we ask for ( around 20 sushi for 2 people ) the bill came and we were told she couldn't get the discount because the "owner" wasn't at the location to approve the discount to our bill but she would remove the drink ( 2 coca cola) from the bill. At the end we paid $63.00 + $8.00 tips for all you can eat . We were unset because we weren't told that their weren't no salmon when we enter the place and also after been told we would get a discount they only remove 2 coca cola from the bill.

The quality of cooking has gone down since my last visit over a year ago. Don't expect friendly service here. The waitresses used to be rude and completely ignore you. Now at least they recognize you're there, but very cold nonetheless. I used to put up with it because the food and price was good. Now that the food has gone down, I'll probably be looking for a different sushi buffet.

I came here with my dad and they served us tuna that had gone bad. The server then asked us why we ordered so much as though we should have known the tuna went bad. And then they tried to charge us extra for the rotten leftover tuna sushi we did not eat. Perhaps they're eating the bad sushi themselves and now their brains are becoming sick as well.

Fast service, great price. A variety of sushi, ordered on an iPad straight to your table. Wonderful use of technology in a cuisine environment to avoid server errors and double ordering.
