Very disappointed with my experience today. This was my first time ordering from Chinese Gourmet Express. I used UberEats and recieved a quick delivery. Upon opening up the bag, my extra egg roll was missing, and my sweet and sour sauce (for the sweet and sour chicken balls) was nowhere to be seen! UberEats happily refunded me for the missing items and offered to send them in a seperate order, but I declined as I was at work (with no microwave) and the food would be cold before the sauce and egg roll arrived. Not the end of the world - I ate my chicken balls without sauce, and had the one egg roll. Fast forward to the fried rice.. Yet another let down, the rice smelled awful and tasted burnt. If only I'd had the sweet and sour sauce to mask the flavour. Poor experience overall, I will not be ordering from Chinese Gourmet Express again!

This place is amazing! I've gone here during the day on a few occasions. And tonight around 10pm i was skeptical because I didn't think the food would be as fresh. But I was proven wrong, the food tasted amazing & fresh! This place has never disappointed me. Love it ! Really recommend it, if you're looking for fresh Chinese take out. Super convenient location to for the Kipling and Dixon residents
