Who is the manager here?!?! Service is extremely slow. I saw filled garbage bags behind the counter, and even saw a girl in the back not wearing a visors/hat/hairnet. She was just swinging her pony tail around. Either they don’t have enough staff on hand, or the manager has not trained his/her staff to be efficient. I understand ubereats has probably made it harder on the staff to complete orders, but then I would think there are steps to manage the increase in orders. I’m sorry, but this is the sketchiest Mcdonald ever. Definitely needs a new manager to train their highschool/college students staff better and to continue to keep an eye over them while they’re working.

Do not go to this location! I repeat Do not go to this location! The service is terrible the wait is super long. The drive thru is a hassle. It doesn't make sense. Entering and leaving the parking lot is a battle. Headache headache. Oh can't forget getting a burger with nothing in it. You read right. Just buns, plain ol buns.

Service is slow... Drive thru is decent but inside is painful... Food is the same at any mcdonalds in Canada

This place is consistently one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and I will no longer come here. I've been stuck in the drive thru for up to 30mins once. Mobile ordering is inconsistent. Some of the people working here have a ton of attitude. Food is poorly made. I like the flavoured ice coffees and they always just pour the syrup in, it is never mixed.

This is the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She (Andie) was a totally professional in every way. Best of the best. Many thanks.
