Poor example of customer service. The person making sandwich was ignoring while making my sandwich and didn’t even bother about what content to add in what quantity. Even that wasn’t enough and as I asked for hot sauce in a small quantity, he just went crazy and squeezed as much possibly he can to make it super spicy which I never expected. The made sure in best possible way that this should be my first and last visit to this location !! I still have to give 1 star minimum in order to have me comment , otherwise they doesn’t deserve even half star. If this is the closest location on your map to get something to eat, I’d suggest you to avoid this particular place and stop by at any gas station near by or just drive north of dufferin and you’ll find plenty of choices.

The 2 men, one Caucasian and one with dark skin who work there weekdays during daytime are true idiots. I went there last week with a Subway coupon for a grilled sandwich at $2.99 that came in a Subway booklet that contained several more coupons all valid til October 22, 2017. Got my sandwich with no hassle on my 1st visit although they messed up in making it so it had to be redone and the first one went to the trash can. Since I had a few more coupons to use, I went back this week for the same deal. The same 2 men recognized me and started giving me a hard time for presenting them with a 2nd coupon. The white guy keeps telling me it's one coupon per customer only, and not every day although I pointed out to him that the coupons make no mention of such restrictions or limitations. I further tell him that I was there last week with my first coupon and not 2 days in a row as he claimed. He keeps going on about saying I can't use a coupon every day because it's a $ 7.00 sandwich at regular price. After all this aggravation, he agreed to give me my sandwich but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth as I went there to encourage their business and got this kind of unwelcoming experience on my 2nd visit. Needless to say, not a good way to make customers go back and I certainly won't make a 3rd visit there, coupon or no coupon. I gave one star only because of their poor customer service skills not for the food quality which is all right.
