Decent food and service. Those cocktails bowls were huge 😻 We had NY steak frites, Italian burger, NY steak, classic burger and tacos. My steak was a bit more cooked than what I asked for, but didn’t make a fuss given how busy they were. Servers were nice and came by a few times to make sure all is good. The only negative I can mention is that the plaza/restaurants gets super busy over the weekend and parking becomes a nightmare... I roamed over 20m to find a spot 500m away. so be prepared for that. Other than that, Jacks always been one of my go to pub chains :)

Let start with Justin, he is a nice guy and served us well. Nacho as starter was good. Then cheese burger and cheesey chicken sandwich was the main plates. The burger tastes amazing one of the best. The chicken sandwich which I believe is something new was over priced and is not that special. Then we took a 12 layer cake which was the worst. It was so dry and you can taste funky old taste of food come from fridge. Nice of Justin he did not charge us for the cake.

Excellent ambience and food tastes great. The staff here are very attentive and proactive. You can describe them what you want and they will get you that. Tried the Chicken Taco for the first time. It was nice.

The food selection had improved over the years, and though they offer a number of unhealthy items that are not diet friendly, there are still plenty of options that are not deep-fried, such as the bowl meals. I found the fajita bowl satisfying. There is a good amount of spice, though on the safe side. The flavour is well balanced. The staff is respectful and mostly attentive though they are busy as each has a large number of customers to attend to, especially in the evening as it get busier closer to peak hours. The tables tend to be crowded especially if you're stuck in the middle of a bunch of booths. I prefer a booth, but bigger Paris do get stuck at tables, which isn't the best. The booths are less crowded and more comfortable. Not bad for an outing where you need to accommodate picky eaters but not ideal if you want inexpensive food.

First if all, Thank you Rob for your great customer service in the late night. My friends and I went to swimming and we were super hungry. After few attempt finding a places to eat but they end up closing or last call. Jack Astor was still open. Waiter is nice and recommend a few dishes. Had a great time, food was delicious and for sure will come again. Keep up with the good work.
