I usually come here for wings/ribs - nothing else. I've tried a few of the other dishes, but these two are my favourites. The ribs are consistent, but the past few times, I've noticed them a bit on the dry side. For "better" fall off the bone ribs, go to Baton Rouge, who I'd argue still has the best ribs if you like that style. I prefer my wings smaller, nice and crispy, and with a good flavour - so these are some of the best IMO. The typical wing franchises can be good, but I find usually, they choose larger wings, which is great for more meat, but I prefer a dry wing - like a cajun, or the apple butter / NY style that Turtle Jack's has. Service is generally quite good, but I've never been here when they're super busy, so I don't know if that's a good thing or not... They're almost always clean, and this location in particular has a great, underused patio that's great for the summer as it's on the north side of the building, and great for afternoons/evenings. I've never had a "bad" experience here yet.

Ordered a pasta dish with chicken. Chicken and noodle portion sizes were too small for a $20 price tag. Noodles were also hard, so either uncooked or not fresh. Husband's sandwich and salad looked a little small as well. Just nothing really that special on the menu. Service was poor and wait was almost an hour at a not busy time.

Today was my first time going to this Turtle Jack’s location. I’ve been to a couple other locations a while back. The prices were above average, so my expectation for the food was also higher. Once the food arrived I was very disappointed. I ordered the nachos which came out to $30 in total with the addition of beef and guacamole on it. I must say my homemade nachos taste better. Service was atrocious. We were left alone for the whole time and had to wave the waitress down for service. She was too busy socializing with her coworkers to notice us. We skipped the main course because of the cumulative disappointment. Once the bill came, they charged me for a draft of MGD that I didn’t even order. I payed for the bill before I noticed the overcharge. It took another 10 minutes for the manager to come and give me my refund. My bill was $55 for crappy nachos and two drinks. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere better.

Very nice patio. Friendly service and very good Mediterranean chicken sandwich!

Quick service, good food, not a huge menu
