The customer service could be better. I went at about 9:30 p.m.. The cashier seemed annoyed to have any customers come in. They also have the doors locked to the dining room before they actually close on the inside for the night. So they are running back and forth from behind the counter letting customers in and out of the restaurant. I had received my order. Then thought about something else I wanted to order. Before I could walk up to the counter good, the girl was like "What! Did they forget some of your order! She was so rude, I'm like no and never mind. I will not be returning to this location.

Fast service but as an Indian I felt difficult to communicate. They don't understand what we say at all. But in the end I got the correct order. That's great.

Terrible service!!! Rude, very very rude staff, young people who don't want to work and made me feel bad for asking them to. I won't bother you all ever again. The Uber eats delivery has been messed up 5 times, last time was it, as said young lady made me feel bad for being a partner, wanting to deliver for MacDonald's. Won't happen again. Mac Donald restaurant WOODWARD!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bad food, for it.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. They are consistently slow. It doesn't matter what time of day you come here, you can expect wait times of at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. I've come through at 5:30am on a weekday where I was the only one in line, ordered a mocha frappe and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and it took them 20 minutes. When I got my order, they gave me a Carmel frappe and when the ladt handed it to me, she said "oops it's Carmel, sorry" in a hushed voice and quickly closed the window and walked away. Very unprofessional and horrible wait times at this location. I'm currently sitting in line as I write this. It's 11:15 am and I got here at 11. I still haven't paid. The wait time is ridiculous. To make it worse, there are always homeless people sleeping on the porch begging for money. It really makes this location unbearable and I hope they eventually speed things up. It's the only place I can stop on my way to work.
