Unique look inside and very quaint small place. The food is good and affordable. Best for a greasy breakfast or a brunch with friends. Not the best for big groups.

Quick, delicious, large portions. Staff are on the ball and quick. What more could you ask for

I've known about this place being in the area, but never gave it a chance because I knew the Lumberjack was right there. I heard some good things through friends and decided to stop in. The pricing was great, the food was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly.

Went with my husband, mother (on law), aunt and uncle. The platters for two were so good! So much food and great quality. Love the staffs friendliness.

My first time there, and unfortunately my last. Nice place, and really good prices. I usually go to the Lumberjack, which is excellent, but a wee bit pricey. My breakfast at the Uptown was mediocre, at best. Worst and most gross of all was when I went to take a sip of my water, and noticed a big ol lipstick lipprint on the rim of my glass. I was rendered speechless when the waitress said, and I quote, "well, it went through the dishwasher!", and looked at me as if to say, whats the issue?? If you want a reasonably priced breakfast, cooked by an experienced cook, I have found the HiHo to be excellent, and the wait staff are very friendly. Its a dollar or two more, but you get what you pay for.
