I had ordered a drink, app, entree and mini donuts to share with my friend. The recipe for the mac n cheese bites has changed and unfortunately, I did not like them whatsoever. I found them flavourless, besides the pieces of green onion in it. The menu didn't say there were onions, I wish it did because I wouldn't have gotten them and wasted my money. Close to $10 I could've spent on something else. My mistake - the old ones were really good, I didn't know they had changed the recipe as it was still the same menu item with no wording changed, as it has always been. It tasted only of those onions and the breading/batter. There were 6 and I ate two, as I didn't want food to go to waste but I couldn't continue after those two . The server asked if I wanted it boxed up, I kindly refused and explained why I didn't like them and was okay with them being tossed instead of keeping it to go. She became very dramatic and loud. "Really? Everyone else likes them!! They're better than our old recipe!! We actually make them here now. You seriously don't like these? Why don't you like them?" She had became so loud that other diners were staring which ultimately just became uncomfortable and I wanted to leave. My entree was good (Shepherds Pie), I wasn't warned that the plate was scolding hot so I burnt my hand. I expected it to be warm but not hot enough to burn myself. I had ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake donuts and was very excited because they're known for their great donuts, but I figured they would have more toppings than a little strawberry drizzle and a few sliced cherries. It wasn't my worst experience but far from a great one. I use to go weekly, but that was a few years ago. I will give them another try in the future, as I don't want to immediately just declare it's a bad place by one experience. Hopefully next time is much better.

The vibe was nice, however service was not that great. The staff was not very welcoming and they changed the fries they serve. Also, 2.99 for a coke with no refill? That's really unreasonable. And if there was a refill, I wouldn't know cause none of the staff bothered checking up on us during our meal, and yet they expect a decent tip. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's not the same anymore

The potato skins are unreal. The Dutch Apple Pancakes were tasty. Also got the Thai Chicken Sandwich but it was a bit greasy and became a knife and fork meal by the end. And finally got the donuts to go and was impressed by those. They were gone in no time.

Very quick. Lots of food for a good price. I get bad wasting so much! Very energetic and happy server. She was always on the move and very friendly. Old school diner with a classic feel. Loved it

I have really enjoyed eating in this restaurant. You will really enjoy the day core because it all has to do with automobiles past and present and reminds me of the 50s diner. I have never been disappointed with the food and the prices are reasonable. The staff is Pleasant and quick to serve so enjoy
