Silk Road is all about quality. From the service to the food, they know how to give you the Persian hospitality. I ordered a chicken kabob meal, with extra chicken, it was a little pricey at $28 with tip but better than any other platter in the area. The great service and kind receptionist made it all worth it. I’m sitting now in my truck with a finished platter and such a satisfied & happy feeling. Thank you Silk Road. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and associates.

Food is alright. Lacks the traditional Iranian spices. Caters more to the Canadian clientele. Service is amazing. Prices are reasonable. Rice is bland. Kebabs are fresh but lack omph.

It was my first time trying Persian food in Ottawa and it was way better than every thing I had in Toronto and Montreal. Good place, good people and perfect food. We tried Mirzaghasemi, Qeimeh, and all type of kebabs and all of them where awesome! Update: since last time that I was there they have added a buffet menu. Reasonable price and good quality. With that being said, I am downgrading my review from 5 to 4 Star. I was visiting them two days in a row and found the buffet dishes exactly the same while there are very limited dishes on that buffet menu. Very kind people are serving there though and that makes the experience very pleasant! Will I go back? Sure! If you are dining there make sure to try Fereni with tea, best dessert ever!

This is what I wanted all these years in Canada. The buffet is what you want if not familiar with Persian cuisine. We ordered the royal kabab (Soltani) and the special. You will never find 3 skews of high quality beef, veal and chicken with rice and salad for 24.99. Will go there on a weekly basis from now on. Please keep up the quality and don't follow the path of others who started to diminish the quality for profit.

Had lunch there today and the food is so delicious. The staff beyond friendly. Great experience.
