TL;DR: good food, long wait in line, long wait for server, super long wait for food, service very very bad. Dirty utensils. I have been there on many occasions, from summer to winter, but every time has been the same story, a long line at the door, where there are clearly tables available for people to sit, and other empty tables that needs cleaning. Once sat down, we usually wait about 15 minutes to get the menu, and then another 15 minutes or so for them to come back and get our order. Another 20-30 minutes later, the food is here. They are really quick about paying, only took about 10 minutes grab their attention to pay. All in all, a typical hour visit consist of 45 minutes of waiting. Utensils were dirty, with clear marks of chocolate on them. Foods are good, there is at least that. Save yourself the wait, and just eat somewhere else.

Waited 2 hours before getting our food. I understand this was a busy time, but more staff is needed. We waited an hour and 15 minutes in line, 45 minutes to order and get our food. The food portion was too small for the price. Definitely not worth the wait. Waitress never came to check on us, only to get chairs from our table.

Delicious food. Toilets smell like old puke. Not a good way to finish an evening! 🤢

I have been there only 3 times....ambiance is nice but you have to wait a while for your treat because of all the work they put into it. I ordered a campfire hot chocolate waited an hour and got chocolate syrup. Prices are too high and treats are way too sweet and I have a sweet tooth.
