Nothing special about this restaurants. It’s obviously frozen food reheated for you. Service is ok and pricing is also ok for frozen food. Breakfast are the best in this restaurant. You can’t unfreeze eggs.

I don't even know where to begin... first, it took an 1h15 before I got my food delivered. Second, the delivery man didn't even have utensils ( i am at work in a store, without any...). Third, the worst part was the manager / owner of the restaurant. I called to ask what to do with the situation... and his response was completely out of hand. He first offered me a 15% discount, but then I explained that even if I paid, I still didn't have utensils to eat my food with. Then he told me that we would send his driver back here for utensils, which was completely stupid considering I would have to wait another hour before eating and my food was already cold. In the end, he just basically told me to hand over the food to the delivery man but i refused because i waited so damn long to receive it in the first place!!!! The conversation got so out of hand that I asked him what his name was, and he refused to give it to me... then he pretended to be someone else ( first he told me he was the manager, then changed his voice saying he was the owner...) It was so unprofessional. He never wanted to give me his name, and in the end hung up on me. I have NEVER seen anything like this. He treated me as if i was stupid. He forgot that I WAS THE CUSTOMER and that customers are the one that put food on his plate. He completely insulted me and i have never felt so frustrated with someone. I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMANDE this place to anyone. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!
