I've been to this Montana's a few times since it opened and I believe they have a good system in place now. Service was fabulous, our server was courteous, friendly and just overall great to deal with. The food was also great. Ribs are definitely the best choice to get when going to Montana's for food. They are always cooked perfectly and fall off the bone. Also, the choices for sauces on them is great! Apple butter is definitely my favourite. Make a reservation if you can as they tend to get busy!

I go here regularly and is usually pretty good but tonight I got seated by the door and it was freezing my son's food came out ten minutes before me and my wife's then my steak and wife's chicken strips were cold when came out and then to top it off wife waited in car with kid for fifteen minutes while I was waiting for bill to come. Poorest service and food I ever had here. Just to add on here i went back yesterday just because was in a hurry and i was right there and once again the worst experience in my life, how this place is still open i have no idea tabitha was an aweful server and the cooks are about as good as mcdonalds.

Absolutely disappointing. Slow service even at off hours. Food tastes are hit and miss. All you can eat ribs is a joke as they bring 3 ribs at a time after your initial course and all in all I will never go there as a 1st, 2nd or 7th choice. A couple times a year I'll end up going because of a combination of someone else wanting to go (usually a friend or family member from out of town, visiting) or my own curiosity to see if it's gotten better. Sadly I usually leave disappointed and much less lighter in the pockets than I'd care to admit.

Took my 2 kids here. My daughter and Is food came out, unfortunately my steak was very overcooked from what I ordered. Took 9 minutes for the server to come check on our first butes at which point we had to ask when my son's food would be coming. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences Like this every time I have come to this location. I will not be coming back again.

This review actually pains me. I love Montana's usually but my most reent visit was extremely disappointing. I rarely order steak anywhere but I did decide this time Montana's could deliver. WRONG! The cut was fantastic but the chef/cook certainly does NOT know how to cook a steakto order. Why bother asking the customer how they'd like it done? Me peronally! I perfer mine COOKED please. I am not a fan of pink, red or blue beef. Seriously, it will take me time before I consider a return visit!
