Not happy with the customer service today. They have a Crispy Chicken Family Pack advertised at the front door and when we sat down to order it they said that it was take out only and i understand that some of there promotions are like that but nowhere on the advertisment did it say take out only and why would they have it at the front doors and not the take out doors. When we asked about it they didnt seem to care. They clearly didn't want our business by they're attitudes on the subject.

The server was very polite. Good service. And a short wait.

Excellent place for chicken... great value for the amount of servings!

Food is about average. If you ever been to swiss chalet in any other city you could tell the difference. Quality and quantity both.

Staff was polite and hard working but the food is very sub standard, tasted like it was prepackaged and reheated. Clean environment, the building is brand new, at least was at the time of writing, and the menu is what you'd expect. One plus side, there usually appears to be seating available without a wait, but that may be an indication of how poor the food is.
