I ordered a 10oz mushroom and onion sirloin steak. The taste was acceptable, not great but I've had worse, but the steak was tough and chewy. When the server/bartender came around for a food check, before he was able to run away while my mouth was full, I commented that it wasn't the most tender steak. To paraphrase this enthusiastic brand ambassador: Remember that you're at Montana's, your steak was only $30 so you get what you pay for. I guess $30 is cheap for a steak now? He stopped just short of telling me that Montana's was a low quality restaurant and that I should adjust my expectations accordingly. I'm not going to let this one poor experience turn me away from the restaurant. I hope that they will train their employees a little better and I won't be ordering steak next time.

I always have the ribs, I love ribs and their ribs are one of the bests. They are very tender and just fall of the bone, but the last time I went in they did been living up to those expectations, I guess it all depends on who’s cooking hey! Also the corn muffins aren’t as good as they used to be, they are a bit hard and not so soft and fluffy anymore. I of course will still continue to go back for those ribs, especially on the “all you can eat” days I love them with the apple butter sauce, yum!

Horrible service never got a refil on our drinks, we weren’t even done eating yet and I was given the bill. It was my husbands birthday and I wanted to get him a dessert but I wasn’t given the opportunity to order any. We had to ask another server as we were walking out for our kids desserts that were suppose to come with their kids meals. My kids were so upset the only reason we went to montana’s Is because the kids like when they sing happy birthday.

We booked well in advance ( like over a day ) for a birthday and still ended up waiting 20 minutes just to get seated. The service wasn’t great, had to ask for utensils, water, correcting food orders, to go trays more then once. Birthday boy had his drink partially spilled on him ( the waiter was nice about that and mistakes happen so that’s okay but with everything that had happened prior leading up to that it wasn’t great. Granted our party was a big party we fully prepared for that by calling ahead. If you are planning to be going and doing something after dinner my recommendation is the 8th street location it’s always been fantastic when we pre book pur party.

Absolute trash. Waited for 2 hours for what? Mediocre food? Waiters prioritized other people that just came in than the people who have been waiting for their food. Waiters focus on the "presentation" a lot which is not important at all. Dont leave other customers out. Also, the people at the front are so unprofessional at all. Ive seen them talk to each other more than talk to customers. Did you guys just hire them because they are thicc? So disappointed
