Was looking forward to trying SJ service& atmosphere good. Food was for my partner a Bolognese was tasteless & was no sauce so sent it back. Got more sauce still tasteless. My Crispy prawn noodles - prawns nice but sauce on my noodles way too sweet could not eat it. I ordered a red wine Sangria which i usually enjoy & it was super sweet sent it back & got wine instead. After all this they still charged full price. Wont come here for food again.

Been here a few times now... The service is very good and the food is also quite good. There are plenty of TVs for watching your favourite sport. The only strange thing is that it is a family restaurant. It is not uncommon to see family with young children come into the place. So, even though it has the look and feel of a pub, you might be surprised to see little ones floating around. We were told that after a certain point in the evening they stop letting minors in to be more of a "bar".

Tasty food and fun atmosphere! The chicken cordon bleu is super yummy! I enjoy going to this restaurant.

Really nice place and food. Got a margarita that was a little on the salty side. But enjoyed ourselves anyway!

If you like to eat a pound of grease this is the restaurant for you. We went around 3pm for a late lunch and the service was poor and food just awful. This was only my second time at SJ's. The first time I went I had the same experience of grease flowing out of my burger and servers neglecting our table. I understand at a Sports Bar and Grill you are going to get greasy food which is partly why I went. This was much more than just greasy food. The grease was literally flowing off my burger and pooling onto my plate. With the bun saturated in grease it was not only hard to handle but just down right tasteless. The first time this happened to us we mentioned it to the server. She came back and offered us a free desert and would take it off the bill for us because it was inedible. We decided to go back there today to give them another chance. We ordered sandwiches this time. Same thing grease and poor service. It is super frustrating when you can't get a decent meal for the astronomical price they charge.
