Bad. Very bad. Have been here for multiple birthday parties and work stuff. Have waited over 30m to order and over 1h for food every time. I would complain about bad service, but that isn’t the actual problem. I don’t expect anything more than mediocre service from students just trying to earn a buck. What I do expect is adequate staffing during peak times, which there is not. This tells me management doesn’t understand operations, or they are really painful to work under so no one wants to work there. Since the last time I was there the payment device actually prompted me to rate the wait staff on their service, I suspect both the former and the latter. Meaning I suspect management doesn’t want to shoulder responsibility for the negative comments they have undoubtedly been receiving (and so they attempt to blame the servers), while at the same time not understanding effective supply chain management. Case in point, the lettuce in the salad I ordered last time was well past its prime, suggesting poor timing of ingredient delivery.

Current promotion 04/02/18 All you can eat ribs. Service was top notch had no wait time for seating which was surprising considering it was Superbowl Sunday. The first portion of ribs was about a 35 minute wait. Came out hot and fresh didn't feel like it was from a holder at all. Less can be said about our refills on ribs however. Still tasty but came out noticeably dryer then the first serving.

Great, easily accessible location on 8th Street East in Saskatoon. The service here was wonderful and accommodating and also very fast. I've eaten here a few times and the food and service is always amazing. There is a large parking lot which makes parking extremely easy. Thank you!

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious! I was impressed by their steak. I would definitely get it again. Definitely going to come back.

Great service and food. If you like cheese, you have to try Antojitos. They're our favourite!
