Bliss used to be a very good place, after several ownership change, it is really sink to the bottom, no quality at all, really sad to see this.

Went to Bliss for Valentines dinner. The prime rib was overcooked so I sent it back, then it came back under cooked. The potato portions were small and crunchy from sitting under the heat lamp. The wine we ordered was to be organic and it wasn't. My husbands shrimp were flavourless and his steak was very rare when he asked for medium well, after mentioning all of the faults we got a ten percent discount, but our bill was still well over $100 for what would be less than a mediocre meal. The appetizer of samosas for $13 was underwhelming as the portions were smaller than bite sized and there were only three. In conclusion, online the restaurant looks great in person the atmosphere is extremely unwelcoming a borderlines on being a diner not a mid to high and restaurant. We were expecting a restaurant with a chef, and what we got was a side order cook who couldn't cook meat. We would not recommend this restaurant, and anybody who has had any experience with fine dining I'm sure would have the same opinion as we did.

Ordered online and honestly did not meet expectations. If you are going to charge a little extra for food the food either has to be above average or you have to have decent portion sizes. This restaurant had neither, it was the definition of mediocre.

NEVER COMING BACK!!! I love dinning out, but this restaurant it just did not meet my expectations. I had the Short Rib and a soup. The soup was really bad, it tasted just like water with mayo. I told the server that the soup wasbad. She asked the "Chef" what to do.. she came back and said to me: "That is how the soup should taste - that's what the "chef" said. They did not even offer me to change it. so, I just did not finished. After the soup I was hoping that the Short Rib would be delicious (like in most restaurants). But instead was a total disaster, the taste was awful, it was a really bad pastry on top. It was cold. the peper corn sauce tasted like canned corn soup. I did not even eat the food. I asked for the bill. and they charged me for everything... I complained but the server did not even care. Disgusting food, bad service. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
