This is one of those Hole in the Wall But So Good type of restaurants. Real small, real calm, lovely staff who have been there for YEARS. The food is fantastic, and I personally recommend the yakisoba with shrimp!

I plan a meal here whenever I am in Anchorage. It's run by a family and they know their regular patrons. The menu features Japanese and Korean cuisine. Always delicious!

Best Japanese restaurant in town. I've been a customer ever since they opened nearly 20 years ago. Food is delicious. Consistency is rock solid. Service is fast and friendly. I eat there at least a couple times a month and I tip generously every time because I want to help them stay in business for a long long time.

Great atmosphere and food. VERY traditional Japanese. Owner served us hot tea as soon as we sat down. Hard to understand her but she was very kind and helpful. We were never asked if we wanted water. I am sure they would have brought some out ASAP had we asked... just very traditional. Sushi and chicken teriyaki were EXCELLENT, delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in experiencing the Japanese culture along with top-notch sushi and eats.
