Despite the reviews below, after they renovated this restaurant, it’s a completely changed restaurant. Clean, friendly, staff greeted me when I arrived and said goodbye as I left. Excellent service and the food was great!

You can never go wrong with never frozen beef patties! And a chocolate frostie is my go to every time I visit.

Was okay, felt they needed more work on their hospitality and service. The manager was nice but his work staff were rude and rushing you along. Food was incorrect the first two times so we had to pull around and go in. Floors were sticky, and food was oily. I probably wouldn't return to this location.

Fast service, tasty food at a fair price, and a decent atmosphere make this place a fantastic stop for some fast food!

I've been trying to let this location redeem itself time and time again, but it just continuously lets me down. This evening I come through the drive through after leaving another Wendy's location after they reported they were out of mayo, ketchup, cheese, fries, nuggets, basically everything except the patties. That's fine, I'll go to another location. Find out this one is ALSO out of nuggets, fries, and chicken tenders. No issue, I order a son of a baconator. Y'know? The one that comes with cheese and bacon? Couldn't order fries, but good news the cashier forgot my drink as well. I've got the patience of a saint, but goodness me.. It wasn't even busy. No wait in the drive thru, empty inside. Whatever. I drive off, 25 minutes into Eagle River. Open up my sandwich, no bacon. No cheese, no mayo or ketchup. But I do find five pickles! Cool. I don't know what this location's issue is, but y'all have got to get it together. Please.
