Now granted, this is not fine dining. This is IHOP, and as IHOP's go, this one is pretty good. The server was friendly. Our table was clean. The restroom was clean. We we're a party of 2, and the server was nice enough to let us know that she'd just seated a group of 12, so we might want to hurry & get our order in. That was thoughtful. Also, the strawberry French toast was really yummy! :)

I came in for brunch with my Grandma this past Sunday before noon. She is disabled so the effort she must put forth into an outing is taxing. I value our time together as if it's the last day I'll be blessed with. My Grandma took notice of the buser this past Sunday, complimenting on how attentive and respectful he was. This young man was genuinely helpful and friendly, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty and provided us with caring, excellent service. He listened attentively and came up with authentic suggestions. We will come back as loyal customers! Are there any restaurant reviews forms we can turn in to the Manager?

Yumm! Very good food. Fast service even thought it was pretty packed. Very conveniently located by all the best stores. Directly next to Sally's.

Dinned in the restaurant for 3 days in a row. Food and service was great except the 3rd day. Service was terrible the 3rd day. My son said excuse me to the waitress and she rudly said just one moment, I didn't receive silver wear, refill on coffee, syrup with my pancakes, or even a straw. There was only three other stables occupied of soldiers in uniform and we where being ignored. Myself and my husband serve for the military as well the only difference, was, we were in civilian clothes and with our kids. If

This location tends to have quick friendly service. Very very popular on Sundays, never had a problem with my orders or waiters
