This is the best Pizza Hut in Anchorage! Corena is the manager.... She runs it soooo good! Pizzas were made special order for us and they were all perfect! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut!

Don't even waste your time ordering from here. I was just on hold for 30 minutes, normally I wouldn't wait that long but I knew I was going to leave a review good or bad. 30 minutes passed and I was transferred to the auto attended and selected 1 to stay on the line. I went from #1 in the que to #4. Don't waste your time or money here. If the customer service is like that imagine what the food is like.

Used to order from here at least twice a month, last time they gave us the wrong pizza and I had to drive back to pick up the correct one which was cold by the time i got it home. This time they ran my card 3 times for one order, one amount wasn't even close to what was authorized and the manager proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me it's the bank not them when even her own employee had said the online order option was running cards before pick up. They gave me a number to call for the main office....its a person's cell phone that doesn't even pick up. Rude employees, sub-par food, just not even worth it anymore. I'll drive across town to another location before I ever go back to some place where a 19 year old is going to roll her eyes at me and deal with people who don't know their own internal processes and surely don't give a care that now I have to wait 5 business days to get $100 back into my account.

The downtown Pizza hut has a heroin addict delivering, and a guy living in his vehicle also delivering. Bon appetit
