I called and asked if they had shrimp tacos, the lady said "no but we can make it for you" got there and they said they wouldn't make it, so they lied to me on the phone and I was already there so i ate there anyways. Waited like 20 mins for the bill, it seemed like forever. But we did get our food fast. The shrimp salad is ok.

Always a friendly, warm welcome at Carlos'! Fast service, good food always served with smiles - it's like visiting the fun relatives.

Was less than 1/2 full waited 5 mins to be seated, waited 15 mins for someone to come take my order. Normally good survice just not today. Food is decent for Alaska Mexican ( from Arizona so kinda snobby when I eat Mexican). Ordered ice tea, received it 20 mins later with my meal. Mid aged white lady with web tattoo, waited with empty drink and plate for 15 mins for bill before leaving minimal cash and walking out, not the best survice.
