We used to love RT! Now not so much. The lunch special used to be great and now it sucks. Ever since they moved inside the Dimond Center to a new location they have gone downhill. 4 employees standing around doing nothing, salad bar with rotten salad and spinach. Rubbery cucumbers and beets like they are old. What happened? Better improve because we are done with this place.

The cook got my order wrong the first time and forgot the sauce, so when i called one of the other workers were very nice about it and was able to get me another one. When I went to pick up my pizza, I checked to see if the sauce was put on this time and when I asked the lady who took in my complaint she told me the cook would know. When I talked to the cook she was very rude and told me "yeah it is on there you don't see it?" And proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and I should know my order. I was nothing but respectful to her and she was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Shout out to the other workers for being cool. But at least the cook put more toppings than last time.
