There are a lot of great sushi options in Anchorage, and this is one if them! We arrived on a Friday night around 7pm. The place was packed. For 2 people, we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table (they do have a sushi bar). All of the staff was very attentive and kind. The 3 sushi chefs behind the bar were cranking out food with amazing efficiency. I had the Boyfriend roll, which was very good, but very spicy. My wife had the Golden Crunch roll, which is one of the better shrimp tempura rolls I have tried. Rolls come with a soup and salad. With no drinks, we were out of there just about $25. Highly recommend.

The soup and salad are good, hot seared within a minute. Service is friendly. They served soy beans at the start of the meal. They were good! Came in a cute tray. Had the tempura and found it fresh, crisp and delicious.

The first time we ate here it was fine. The second time, however, resulted in an emergency room visit. Food allergy-sufferers beware.

The vibe of the restaurant is beautiful. And sushi rolls are worth every penny.

Absolutely my favorite sushi restaurant. Although I'm not a connoisseur of sushi, and I'm not ready to try the raw ones, there is still a lot of items on the menu to choose from. My favorites are the goyoza (potstickers) and the tempura ice cream. For sushi, I love the crunch roll (tempura shrimp) and the crispy crunch (tempura shrimp w/ bacon). My all time favorite is the sweet love roll. They took it off the menu, but it is a tempura shrimp roll with a sweet beef on top. I've asked for it and they have made it for me.
