Veggie wrap comes with a list of veggies. Duh. This lady was super confused what to do when you wanted something without meat and no mayo. Had to tell her every single thing to put on it. The website states the basics to put on it then you can add. Don't be angry at me because you don't know your menu. We will go to the shop down the street from now on. Got back to work with a dry wrap because she didn't put the oil and mustard on the wrap.

Told the woman twice I didn't want my sandwich toasted. She put the meat on anyway even though it needed to be heated up first. I told her again and she was like "And?" I explained that the meat needed to be heated up which she should have known. Then her coworker told her again and showed her what to do and she almost shorted me half the meat as well so he had to correct her again. I will say that normally the service is better.

The pictures im seeing of this location doesnt even look like this anymore. It looks more state of the art and super clean. Me and my wife ate here early in the am since she works at humana. I think the owner or manager helped us. He was some ginger looking older gentlemen with a nice long sleeve and slacks like a bank gm. This is the best location ive ever been too. The food was surprisingly fresh like from scratch. The cheese slapped me in the face like one of those melted cheese commercials yum. They have the best white flatbread of any subway location in my opinion. The ones in phx and scottsdale ive been to fall short to this location.

The people are so upbeat and happy, things might get a little backed up every now and again but they are always serving my favorite foods with a smile and hey that's what I love a happy atmosphere!! Keep it up yall

They made our sub very tasty. Glad they were open later then normal.
