Same good food with new menu selection being added frequently. The service is usually very good but can vary a little in the busy hours. The food is usually cooked as requested, not many mistakes. Great late night choice and the prices are fair. Selection of 4 syrups is nice, although difficult to pick just one.

I was there for the free pancakes on free pancake day so I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they were. The pancakes were melt in your mouth good! Service was great. Parking, not so much. Small parking lot. Hard to find a park but I will definitely be going again.

IHOP allows a discount if you complete the online survey and you can get a free shirt stack or free drink. Plus, they have a senior discount. You can use either one of those discounts. The food is was excellent and the service was focused. Excellent place to eat.

Great food! Excellent customer service but long wait for food to come after ordered. I will give them another try to verify if this is a pattern.

I always get the same thing here and it's been what I expect it to be every time. Eggs are always cooked as ordered (over medium). The boyfriend ordered the strawberry banana French toast this last time and it was not good. He ate it because he was really hungry and doesn't like to waste food. Bland and undercooked. He mentioned it to the server casually as we were finished and she brought it to her manager's attention, who ended up taking a few bucks off of our order (which he didn't have to do at all. Super thoughtful of him.) My boyfriend ATE the food. No need for a discount or anything, but he gave it, so we tipped our server extra. It's a good late night place to sit down and have food after I work on my feet all day.
