If you want hair in your sandwich and bring back to have it remade and still be charged for the food then enjoy subway it's unacceptable to charge for food when you have to drive back 2min after getting home and be told oh it's not his hair or mine excuse me??!? It's not like we tried to to get a bunch of food for free but I have to drive back and have it remade with my receipt not a hey I'm sorry can I get you a drink and refund the sandwich or just refund and remake cuz um hair is on it so gross and never going back!! If I could give zero or negative stars I would!!

My family and I went to this location on June 28th @ 6pm to grab dinner. I explained to the clerk that I wold have two separate orders. At check out we encountered a different clerk who was extremely rude and seemed to be very confused about what she wanted in life! I will be getting ahold of corporate tomorrow to let them know that they're employe was very rude and even used profanity at my 16 year old son who was nothing but kind to her!!! Me and my family have been going there for years and if I have to drive a hour to go to another location I will... rather then ever go back to that subway AGAIN

Walked in today 2/12/17with a coupon that was valid until the 13th . The one employee working (short hair female ) was in the back eating and didn't even know I was waiting . I had to knock on the wall for her to come make my sandwich. With her mouth full she came out and started to make my sandwich without washing her hands . She also did not take my coupon that the subway down the street takes everyday for me. I would really like to speak with the manager. Horrible service and will never go back. Lost out on a daily customer .

Horrible. His sign says he closes at 10:30pm. I arrived at 10:20pm and the guy refused to take my order because he couldn't stay past 10:30pm. It was 10:22pm at this point. I told him the time and he said he didn't wanna take my order. So much for customer service. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!
