Drive thru was not as fast as I would have liked. However they did a great job of telling me what the hold up was (fries) and how much longer they estimated it would be. Oh and the fries were great!

The place was almost empty when I got there. One man was waiting at the counter. I offered and then some guy comes storming in complaining something about why his order wasn't ready at the drive thru window. He sort of indicated that he place, but can't find it anywhere in the system. I don't think that really placed an order. He just needed something to birch about to someone. Any way, I think that my order could have prepared a little faster than it was. The French fries were a little cold, but my sandwich was okay. Maybe a better manager would help. It's hard to say on a Sunday around 9PM.

It's fast food. Just OK on taste and quality. Worth an occasional visit. It's fun, like a bad festival: uninteresting but not harmful. I personally try something different every visit. This time it was the number seven on the menu. Looks like a chicken breast patty, tastes like a hot dog. My friend, H, always orders a number one. Wendy's is her favorite fast food choice. It was a good example of compromise for us to visit, on my behalf. There are other choices for fast food that appeal to me. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms are clean, the parking lot was clean, the trash cans were maintained, and the workers were clean and efficient. Thanks Becca!

Lacking customer service. Tried to order a half salad but wanted to customize it. All I wanted was a regular house salad with cheese bacon and tomato. I went back and forth with the drive thru employee for about 5 min because she couldn't understand what I was asking for, and then told me all their salads are pre-made and they can't change them. After a frustrating 5 min of getting nowhere, I ended up having to order two of the side salads and they gave me whole slices of bacon separately and forgot to give me the dressing I asked for on top of it. Never had an issue customizing a menu item before at other locations so I'm not sure why they had to make it so difficult. Won't go back.

I went to the drive thru it was taking a little long got up to the window and got told a price I was like thats not right then she asked me if I had the kids nugget I said no I had 2 chicken wraps one spicy and one grilled, 2 kids meals with the go wrap and a Jr cheeseburger she then said oh it took her like 5 min to figure it out then said I need to charge you for one more wrap and another kids meal I got the stuff looked in the bag and missing stuff and it said I had bought a lg Coke I did not even order a drink it was the worst time I had did not get right anything... Never going to Wendy's again
