Ordered 2 banana splits and their bananas were green. We mentioned it to them and they kind of said ha ha yeah I guess that's it, that happens sometimes they're all the same. Then after that comment he had a guy come and spray to wash the table next to us and the ammonia smell took your breath away, we had to leave real quick. I guess that's one way to get rid of customers!

Sitting here grabbing a late lunch and got a homeless guy inside asking people for their food we u tell him that u not gonna give him your kids food he laughs and sits next both over watching us the whole time eventually he decides to search the trash can and pulls food from trash can and start chowing down! I got to notify the cashier that the gentle is asking other customers for their food and eating food out of the trash pointing the guy out and the cashier had no response but to look to see who it was and say ok im like its not good customer service to leave people inside dairy queen eating out of the trash cans and cashier looked at me like he was confused on why i would say something!! Also our stawberry sundae was disappointment the strawberry sundae was ice cream and frozen stawberry jelly not only did in not look great it was in the trash after 2 not so good bites!

Had a coupon to get an 8 in ice cream cake. Tried to go get one for my daughter's 5th birthday. They refused to honor it!! We had a pink cake picked out and everything. How disappointing and terrible customer service. They advised me to "call around" to other places that might be able to help me. Not helpful at all!!!

The food is always delightful. True DQ experience there. However, in the past couple years the drive-through has requested that their customers pull into the parking lot instead of remaining in the drive-through line. Once I asked why. They said that it was a method to keep their times down. So essentially, they want their customers to park in a dimly-lit paking lot in the late evening (usually when I go) and sacrifice not only their safety but their employees' safety (to bring the food out to the parked car) for the sake of keeping their number down. I would not consider this professional or appropriate. DQ needs to reconsider their priorities: people v. money.

Filthy. I hope the manager reads this. Tell your employees to wash their hands and clean something. Anything! Filthy! Ice cream was good.
