Received a free burger for my birthday. How can one complain? Well my wife's came very wrong, our buns were dry and brittle. The manager comped my wife's burger too. Once again how can we complain with TWO free burgers? Well the quality control was non-existent. I have been to many Red Robins and have had many 4 star experiences but this was just awful. I don't want "free stuff" I want good stuff!!!

I love Red Robins. Tried a new burger it was ginormous they brought out fries early as we were starving. Great service and very clean.

If negative numbers were an option, i would give this place a -10. First the hostess was rude. Next, a larger party than ours was sat first, we only had 4 people. And then, we had our drinks spilled on us. What managed to not to be spilled, wasn't what we ordered. The water on the floor was only half way mopped, kind of hoping I don't fall when we leave (writing this review from the booth). The food arrived, before I could ask for ketchup the server was gone. We did eventually get our drinks, after asking a few times and getting an eye roll from the server. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the manager came to visit and perhaps apologize for the tragic events, but I would be lying. Save yourself the time and money, just keep driving up San Tan Parkway to any place else.

Online ordering isn't very intuitive. The system rejected all of our cards at checkout, stating that the zip code was wrong. So we called in our order instead and had no issues with our cards paying curbside. Food is good but not amazing. The egg on my royal red robin burger was not over-easy as advertised. The service is friendly and quick!

The burgers were fantastic! But the drama at the bar was unprofessional. The lady behind the bar became enraged by a customer and slammed a glass onto the bar, shattering it, sending glass everywhere, including hitting my boyfriend on his back. She had nothing but attitude the entire time we were there. I thought the man standing nearby was the manager and he did nothing about her. He just brushed off the glass from the bar. Meanwhile, the customer had glass all over him. Will not visit that location again!
