Store front was nice with a lot of cool stuff and they had clean bathrooms.. Unfortunately, my sausage patties weren't cooked all the way. They were both very pink. I didn't complain since waitress never came over to ask how our meals were until everyone was finished and needed to collect our plates..

Absolutely love cracker barrel and was so excited to go today. Unfortunately at this location today, service was slow. I ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was flavorless. We had an appointment to make and the server was taking a while to get back to our table, so we had no time to send it back. My boyfriend's food came out fine and up to getting the check, our experience was about a 3 star experience. However, it dropped to 1 because when the cashier asked how the food was, we told her honestly that the biscuits and gravy were not flavorful, to which she rudely responded we needed to tell our server. When we explained we just didn't have time to wait for a new dish or else we would have gotten one, she was still very rude to us. We did not ask for anything to be taken off the ticket, as we were the ones with little time. I'm not sure why she bothered asking in the first place if she wasn't ready to hear someone say they didn't enjoy the food. We will not be returning to this location after this experience unfortunately.

Nice atmosphere! Breakfast was good. (No omelettes though, waittress said "there are not known for omelets"). Too small of portions for my big appetite, hit flavor was all there! The candied apples/pears oh man oh man that did it! We dug the "peg game" & even bought a few for the gang back home! Gift shop was a trip down memory lane...

We ordered meatloaf with 3 sides the meatloaf was missing a lot of components crucial to making it, meatloaf. It was just cooked ground beef with ketchup. Ordered a sirloin steak, 8 oz, medium cooked. The steak came out chard completely black and hard. It was disgusting. The server removed this item from our bill after I sent it back, however, the manager didn't have the courage to come up and apologize for the mess up. I decided not to order anything else so we finished up and left. This restaurant has gone downhill fast. Their food is not the quality that it used to be I won't be returning.

The food was really good but I'd like to mention the awesome waiter I had today. Kevin was really kind and fun! He was on top of things and was very friendly. As a rising star waiter, I think he deserves to move on to the next level! Great service. Great food.
