We like the food but one of the workers walked into the women's bathroom with a wet hand towel then emerged and went straight into the men's bathroom with the same towel and no disinfectants. Then came out to the eating area and started wiping the walls and floor with the same towel. Not sure what she did with the towel when she went back in the kitchen.

Couple of times called for phone order, they put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up. Messed up togo order couple of times. Sometimes service is slow and tables are not clean. Seems like the place is run by high school kids and desperately needs supervision of an adult manager. Food is good the only positive thing!

Completely disappointed. The employees are rude and act as though I am inconviencing them with my business. The food is delicious.... when made correctly. I order the nachos every time hoping that the next time will be better. Isn’t the point of nachos to be layered with cheese? Obviously rubios missed this hint. Only the top layer, so basically 8 chips, has cheese on it. The rest are so dry. I can say I’m done giving rubios more chances because when I pay for food, I pay for quality. These are not quality.

I have nothing nice to say....Except cashier was kind. We keep trying over and over again but this place fails miserably!!! We’ve been Rubios customers for over 20 years. We always end up going to the Rubios and crossroads where it doesn’t take forever to get your food!

Food is pretty good here. The place is very messy. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty salsa bar. Tables and chairs are in serious need of repair or tightening up at the very least. Counter service sucked. Hope nobody else wants a drink refill...
