I called this meal in as opposed to dining at the restaurant. I ordered the Honey-Seared Chicken with brown rice and my girlfriend ordered the Ginger Broccoli with Chicken with brown rice on the side. The meal was delicious and when I arrived, it was ready in the time frame they indicated when I called in the order. The staff was courteous when I was arrived and I was on my way in less than a couple minutes. I enjoy Pei Wei and encourage anyone to dine at this restaurant.

I love Pei Wei, but dine-in is a must if you want to get the real portion. To-go portions are small in relation with price. Flavors are always great. 😍

Honestly don't get why so many people like this place.... Maybe it used be great but it seems like panda quality now... Which is not saying much

Staying at the Hilton about 5 miles away, called at 8:52pm to place an order for pick up. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, just drove down to order my wife some lettuce wraps. Arrived at 9:24pm, six minutes before closing, Doors were already locked, Half the lights were turned off in dining area, and chairs were already turned upside down and stacked on tables. I looked at hours posted on front door, which confirmed they were open till 930p. I realize they were closing, however several workers just looked at me and then looked away. They could’ve answered the phone or upon arrival told me it was too late to order. I don’t understand why management/corporate allows staff to stop taking orders 40 minutes before closing time & closing their business early in such a competitive industry? I’ve learned to expect this new “trend” from your average “cheap burger joint”, thought Pei Wei would hold a higher standard, i was mistaken. Thank you Pei Wei for wasting 40 minutes of my time this evening, I’ll look forward to never giving any of your locations my business again!

Pei Wei is Pei Wei. Most everyone knows what to expect. But this location has AMAZING customer service compared to other locations both when dining in and carry-out. I’ve only had a single very minor problem with my order over the course visiting here for the last 6 months. And my next order was comped. Another time, the hours had recently changed and we came in close to closing so they let us stay during clean up to finish our meal. Every experience here has been above and beyond positive.
