Usually a decent place to go, but not only did I find one, but three long dark hairs were in my burrito. Just very unappetizing. Maybe wear a hair net?

Poor customer service. On several occassions, they have given the wrong amount of food. I don't know if they can't count to 12 or if they just have problems double checking what they place in a bag when constantly messing around. They were unprofessional and the manager seemed to not care. In fact, they all participated in annoying banter that was loud and disruptive, even while someone was trying to order. I understand that people want to make their work place a little more lively but it shouldn't get in the way of your work, especially when it comes to someone's food. I also didn't appreciate the lack of work ethic, speed, and friendly attitude. I apologize for coming into your restaurant and bothering you with a food order. Even when I was polite and patient, I still felt like I interrupted your horsing around. But this is not a playground at recess, this is a workplace. Do your job.

Whoever the half-breed is that is currently working tonight, you are the dumbest person I've met yet at a fast food joint. I forgot my card and only had cash. I told you a couple things I wanted and it wasn't popping up on the screen what I ordered and what the total was. I asked you what the total was so I could figure out if I could get more food for the family and you said you didn't know the total. Then after i say "well I don't know how much more I can get then", you respond with "neither do i?" I'm sorry but do I need to say more? What a moron
