I wish I could give this place zero stars. My friend and I went there tonight, and the entire staff was unprofessional. The first thing we noticed in the drive thru line was a young girl coming out through the door and shouted to the car in front of us, “dude what the f*** are you wearing”. My friend and I realized that he must have been friends with her, but I had no idea that he was friends with the entire staff. Once the friends car got to the check out window, the staff would poke their heads out of the window and talk to the guy in the car. The driver would share text messages to the staff and it seemed like every person was there to greet him. My friend and I waited for half an hour before I finally honked to get the staff to stop goofing off. I would have driven off if I wasn’t crammed in by the cars piling up behind me. Another thing I saw through the window was that the staff would go around and smacking each other on the butt and goofing off. I get that this is Sonic, and that it’s a job for teenagers, but I would advise hiring some new staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!

First time at this location and it was horrible. The lady at the window was extremely rude...burger patty was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Chilly cheese fries were gross. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil and the chilly was warm at best. I won't be back to this location

Called last night and asked if the shake machine was still up and running, got there within 10 minutes and they told me "it's broken" I told them I had just called and they said it was working and asked what happened and then they turned their headsets off and ignored me. Never coming back to sonic. I've driven to 3 different Sonics and all of their machines were off which is why I specifically called to ask for this one. They could have easily told me no so I didn't have to waste the time and gas to get there and still not have a shake.

Recently went to this location over the weekend and NEVER AGAIN!! The children working there had an attitude and served us food that looked like someone started to eat it from it SMH! We waited about 20 minutes just for 3 items!!!! We ordered the root beer float, a slush, & shake. The shake wasn't mixed or the right flavor and the float was melted. The girl seemed like she was annoyed and was looking stupid. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
