Excellent experience! The food was hot and delicious and the service was spectacular. The timing of the various food courses was perfect and my drinks never hit bottom. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Alexandra is awesome at her job! Thank you for a great meal!

I don't remember our waiters name but he was wonderful. We were there on Saturday the 19th probably around 5 p.m. and we sat on the right side near the divider. They allowed us to sit while we waited for our friends who were late. Then we had a great meal and since they were just passing through the restaurant let us sit outside at one of the tables while we caught up. Again it was wonderful.

Came for their Monday deal but they refused to give me my choice without mushrooms. No substitutions should not mean no removal of an allergen or disliked component. Got a manager and managed to clarify I could have my dish the way I wanted. Sadly my food was terrible tasted spoiled. Ate nothing. Still had to pay full price will never be back. Might be sick.

Nice family restaurant. That was 10 months ago. Here is the current review: What happened to our fav carrabba’s????? 😩. Cold food, crappy service, dry Romano cheese, no more fresh grated Parmesan, chicken bones in my mama mendolas soup???? Not to mention serving staff complaining loudly about a party of 12 coming in at 9. The last time we only gave a 15% tip was probably 20+ years ago!!!!!! And really that was too much, but it just wouldn’t be right to do any less. Wow.....the wine was good 😉 and my Marsala was still very tasty. PS - the table of 12 got better service than we did, since they wanted to get rid of them. Probably won’t go back😩

We went to Carrabba's for dinner, we love sitting at the Pasta Bar by the kitchen, and that was where we were again this time. Our waiter was Kevin, super friendly, we have had him before in the past. However, we were not as frequent at Carrabba's as we should but he recognized us, and we recognized him as well. We must say, he was pretty nice, and knowledgeable, great smile. As we were sitting there, Jay (assuming he's a manager there, always by the kitchen managing the food) brought over a sample of the appetizer. Plus he was also very friendly. You can tell that both Jay and Kevin are very genuine. We love being there, it was like being at our family kitchen. We got to watch the interaction of the staff members in the kitchen and all the wait staff, you know this is a good place to be. then our food came out, my fiancé was in heaven, because Trevor the grill master that night did a perfect/wonderful/awesomest job on his steak, since my fiancé is very picky on the steak, as am I. Please give a big kudos to Trevor! We had never been disappointed when we come here. Then at the end, as we saw some dishes came out, we started to ask Jay what they were. A few seconds later, Jay surprised us with a small dish so we could try. WOW!! We were wowed by Jay!! Thank you so much!! You guys have a great staff here. We will definite come back more often, because you all treated us like a family for sure!! Thank you for being YOU.
