So at first everything seemed fine, had great customer service. The ladies up front were very nice and even asked if they could help in any way. After we ordered and paid we went to go sit down and wait for our food. When we sat down we saw a roach on the floor. We decided to get our money back and leave. We waited for over 15 min to talk to the manager and then he took another 10 min to get my money back. Also told me it wasn't a roach it was just a bug. Either way it was gross and we were not dealing with it

I usually love this place. It has amazing food and the employees are amazing and have fantastic service! But today the general manager was in and he has no customer service. He was pushy and had no patience with my fiancé and his family. This was their first time coming here and they were looking at the menu and he could NOT WAIT for their order. I told him to give them one minute to look at the menu and kept asking them what they wanted. There was no line. If I see him working again I will not be coming in to order.

I've usually had fantastic luck and service with any Noodles location I've been to, but this one is an atrocity. The staff is friendly, but out of the three times I've been there, they've messed up my order twice. The final time I was there, the gluten free noodles were barely cooked (so much that you could crack them apart with your fingers). I immediately brought it back, spoke with the manager, who argued "It's supposed to be that way." So pasta is not supposed to be cooked? They made me another order but still charged me. Unacceptable. I don't usually write negative reviews or even return food, so for me, that's a deal breaker.

What can you say. The food here is fantastic. If you love and grace pasta like I do then you should definitely come. Here. My go to here are the Mac n cheese options that they have. Never been disappointed with any of them cause they all taste great

I walked in and asked the guy if I could redeem multiple rewards in a transaction and the man who looked like the owner said yes. So when I went to redeem the other reward it would not let me and the guy charged me full price and didn’t even offer anything in exchange for lying to me in the beginning. At least be honest.
