I can not say enough about the manager and staff at this location. My son left his retainer on the tray, needless to say, it got thrown away. Once my son realized he did not have it and came to me crying, his dad called the store. By the time he got back, the manager and 4 members of her staff were at the dumpster going through garbage bags. They were looking through all of the nasty napkins because that is where my son had put it. The retainer was found. I do not know of any other place that would have gone the extra mile and done that. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!!

I love chick fil a. The service is always exceptional and fast. The food is always top notch. I absolutely love the chick fil a sandwich and chicken nuggets. And the Polynesian sauce! Amazing!!!! Sweet tea and lemonade is also a must!

Great service and food. Say hi to Jen or Colleen in the morning, they are awesome. I come at least once a week. Try the Mac and cheese, you won't regret it.

I am very upset with my service today. I have a long work day ahead and went in for lunch and left with a milkshake. I was asking to be able to get a wrap with no chicken and asked if I could add tomato and I was told I couldn't add anything. I know for a fact that you can charge me for tomatoes. So I was confused to why, although I am willing to pay the price for chicken I am not eating AND an extra charge for some tomatoes, I am not able to get it. This was even after telling them I knew it was busy and understood an additional wait. I decided not to purchase it because ultimately without something else in it, it is over priced, AND mainly because my service was horrible. They were not understanding, accommodating, did not smile or welcome me. Along with did not provide reason as to why I was not allowed to get this accommodation, or apologize. Ultimately I am just very upset amd sad with this location, will not be returning, and will suggest to those I know to travel to another location.

4/5/2018 - Decided to come back because I didn't want to drive to the good Chick Fil a over at gateway. I specifically asked for 7 Honey Roasted BBQ sauces and stated that the last time I have asked for a specific amount I get less than half the amount requested. The gentleman at the window had no problem doing that and he said he will even count them out. The Manager Jen cut him off handed him the bag and said don't waste time counting just give them the "D*MN" bag. I am so sick of this manager I don't get how she is still employed in a customer service role. ChickFila you should be ashamed of yourself for keeping her employed there, you are loosing your customer base over this woman. *Edit from my original, I decided to go again and see if anything has changed. Nope that same manager is still working here. Listen up Chick-Fila you are loosing business over this manager. It's not worth it. Downgraded my stars. I cant stand this location. Rude management. The female manager berates and belittles her staff in front of customers. How does corporate handle my complaint, by having her call me so she can tell me that never happened.. Get some integrity treat your employees right. 11/22/2017 **Edit Just went into the store the other day to find the same manager working here. I turned around and walked over to Panda.
